Terms & Conditions

1. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT – will be added at 17.5%
2. No VAT on childrens sized garments
3. Minimum order of 12 mixed garments, except for Transfer printing and Tea Towels & Aprons
4. One screen @ £20.00 + VAT for new orders, excluding printed Tea Towels & Aprons which is £50.00 + VAT.
5. Artwork priced on application
6. Change of Ink colour will be charged at £7.50 + VAT.
7. Carriage will be charged at £7.50 + VAT per carton for UK Mainland (excluding Highlands of Scotland)
8. CARRIAGE IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER £300 NETT, UK MAINLAND ONLY, (EXCLUDING HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND )
9. All prices are in pound stirling
10. All embroidery quoted on sight and dimension of design
11. Customised packaging of orders, eg singly bagged, hanger bagged will be quoted on requirement.
12. Multi colour prints quoted on sight of artwork
13. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice
14. All size, measurements and descriptions are intended to provide general guidance and are approximate only.
15. Order Acknowledgements will be posted out on receipt of order, production will not take place until a signed copy of the order acknowledgement has been received.
16. Once we have received your signed order acknowledgement agreeing to prices, garments etc.. we reserve the right to refuse to take back any goods which have been ordered in error.
17. If we deliver the wrong or damaged goods to you then you are required to notify us with 48 hours of delivery in writing, giving full details of the damaged or incorrect goods.
18. You are to notify us in writing of non-delivery or part delivery of a consignment with 5 working days of the delivery or scheduled delivery date.
19. Please ensure all artworks submitted are free from copyright. All Copyrights of trademark patents or material that you do not have permission to have reproduced or exploited in any manner whatsoever, you will indemnify us from any costs, claims or liabilities for having the material produced without the consent of the proprietor.
